Philip J. Fulco, Jr.

Phil Fulco joined the Professional Financial Consultants team in 2016, coming from over 30 years in the financial services industry.  Immediately prior to joining Professional Financial Consultants Phil managed Pinnacle Planning, another Cadaret Grant office in Fishkill, NY which merged with Professional Financial Consultants.

Phil’s focus is in financial and retirement planning.  He has held the CFP® designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards since 2007.  Phil is a certified instructor with the New York State of Department of Financial Services and has taught Continuing Education classes for other advisors and has been featured in Credit Union Magazine and the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Phil has been a featured speaker for several civic and fraternal organizations as well as presented public educational seminars on finance and the economy.  He has earned recognition from several financial services companies for providing clients outstanding service, expertise and guidance. 

Phil is married to Robin.  They have two adult children and one grandchild.  He retired from the US Navy and Naval Reserve, is an active Volunteer firefighter with the Rombout Fire Company in Fishkill, NY where he serves as Captain of the Fire Police Unit.  He also serves several local volunteer and non-profit organizations. 

Phil’s interests outside of the office include golf, tennis, fishing, traveling and entertaining with his wife and family, and doing home improvement projects.
